Clint began his career in the financial services industry in Atlanta, Georgia in 1995. In 1999, he returned to the Charlotte area to join Barry, Evans, Josephs, and Snipes and became a partner in the firm in 2008. Working with individuals, families, and business owners, he assists clients in building custom financial strategies to address basic life insurance and disability needs, wealth transfer and estate planning challenges, and tax-advantaged retirement planning.
Clint played football at Furman University from 1989 to 1992 before receiving his undergraduate degree in Mathematics from the University of South Carolina. He then earned his Master of Science in Personal Financial Planning from Georgia State University in Atlanta. Clint is both a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and a Charter Life Underwriter (CLU.) He is a member of the American Association of Life Underwriters (AALU), the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), and the Financial Planning Association (FPA), and has been a speaker at a number of industry functions over the course of his career.
Having grown up and recently lived in Rock Hill, SC, he and his wife, Shelley, and their daughter, Samantha, and son, Daniel, moved to Piper Glen in south Charlotte in 2015. They are active members of the club at Piper Glen and currently attend Forest Hill Church at Ballantyne. Clint enjoys traveling with his family, golfing, exercising, and attending/coaching his kids many athletic activities.
